Krishna来自一个传统的大家庭，妈妈在家中十分权威。他在工作的地方爱上了自己的上司Vrinda。Vrinda因为疾病无法生育，于是在答应求婚前让Krishna将这个情况告诉他的母亲等家人以避免日后的烦恼。可是Krishna因为妈妈当时特别想要孙女只好撒谎自己没有生育能力，设计了一系列谎言后终于和Vrinda结婚。然而谎言的终究是有代价的。小玲和闺蜜曼玉到台湾旅行发现了七叔的尸体，进而被卷入了七叔参与的一宗非法交易，凶手徐正雄和姚佳丽拿了赃款准备离开时，碰巧与小玲和曼玉相遇，慌乱间，赃款来到了小玲手里。同时，二人被误认为是凶手，于是开始逃亡。在逃亡过程中结识了警察立武，立武相信他们，保护他们。最终徐正雄和姚佳丽落网，并洗脱了小玲和曼玉的罪名，三人最终成为了好朋友。。The Power of Emotion explains that emotion isn't to be confused with sentimentality.
