1943年日军密谋偷袭山西，得知情报的敌后武工队李天虎（鲁诺饰）、苏梅（潘阳饰）和师乐（李大海饰）三人临危受命，前往日谍潜伏的博济寺，力图说服当地国民党驻军联手抗日。其间，三人屡次遭到不明势力“莲花”暗杀阻挠，但也多次获得国军情报部门女军官白雪（高丽雯饰）的帮助，最终携手破解密电，剿灭日寇。。A senior commissioner, head of the Crime Suppression Brigade, is arrested and detained by the police for four days after 25 years of impeccable professional careers.
